National Institute of Design(NID)-Gandhinagar,Post Graduate Campus is situated in the city of Gandhinagar, in Gujarat. As part of expansion plan, NID has built a new postgraduate campus at Gandhinagar, the capital of Gujarat State. Commerce and Industry Minister Kamal Nath laid the foundation stone for this campus. The campus is spread over 11,362 square meters.
Campus consists of Lifestyle Accessory Design, Apparel Design & Merchandising, New media design, Toy and Game Design, Strategic Design Management, Transportation Design disciplines.

National Institute of Design (NID) Gandhinagar has a great variety of people. It has all the colors of India. People from different states can be found at a single place. Gender ratio is almost balanced in campus. We experience all types of extracurricular that are possible. All events are organised by students only and everyone encourages everyone else to participate also. We learn here to balance our extracurricular and curriculum both. There are appropriate labs for all the departments supported with staff. All services are free for students. We have festivals for sports competition also. We have facilities like basketball, football, badminton & gymnasium
